Exploring Independence Exhibit: Middleton Place House Museum through July 30th
The new exhibit exploring independence at Middleton Place tells the story of the men and women whose thoughts and actions helped not only shape the American Revolution, but who laid the foundation for American independence and freedom. Learn about Henry and Arthur Middleton’s role in the Continental Congress and the 15 people who escaped their enslavement and joined the British as Black Loyalists in return for their freedom. House Museum admission is required. Free for Middleton Place Foundation Members.
