A lucet is a small hand-held tool, shaped like a miniature lyre with a small hole in the center, used to make a braided cord. Under the guidance of a costumed interpreter, visitors will make their own piece of cordage using a lucet and wool from the Middleton Place sheep.
Program takes place at 11:15 am and 2 pm and includes a 15 minute presentation and time allotted for audience participation. This program is included with general admission to Middleton Place (free for members).
