Making clay pots on a pottery wheel was not only a highly valued skill during the 18th & 19th centuries, but it required a level of skill and patience. Under the tutelage of Middleton Place’s resident potter, guests will have a chance to try their skill at centering a piece of clay on kick-wheel.
Program includes a 15 presentation with time allotted for audience participation and is included with General Admission to Middleton Place.
