Middleton Equestrian Center, adjacent to Middleton Place, a National Historic Landmark, is an exceptional, full service equestrian facility located only 14 miles from downtown Charleston, SC. Originally part of Henry Middleton's private estate, it is now home to more than 50 horses on 80 acres of lush pastures shaded by numerous majestic live oak trees. The property has 3 barns totaling 46 stalls, covered lakeside picnic area, 14 pastures and paddocks, 2 dressage rings, a lighted jump arena, and access to 6,000 acres of trails. Middleton Equestrian Center embraces the rider in all of us by offering a variety of equine activities including guided trail rides, riding lessons, shows, summer camps and more.
