Middleton Place has launched “Plugged In To History” with our historians and interpreters presenting daily fun and educational content to school children and those who want to continue to stay connected to American History.

From garden tours, to exhibits, to meeting the historic breeds, to book talks and panel discussions with partner historic sites, the public will continue to have access to Middleton Place online. We are committed to continuing the mission of the Foundation to educate the public.


Plugged In To History Schedule

Tuesday – 11:00 am “Let’s Talk Tuesday”
Chat with Historians on a variety of topics surrounding Living History and beyond.

Wednesday – 11:00 am “On The Farm”
Learn about and see the heritage breed animals at Middleton Place.

Thursday – 11:00 am “Hands-On History”
Do something together! Families or lifelong learners can follow along for at home with crafts, lessons, contests, home and garden projects, or cooking in the kitchen.

Friday – 5:00 pm “History Unplugged”
Programming on historic drinks and social practices of the past.
