During the month of July, the cultivation of Carolina Gold Rice will take place in the demonstration rice field. Interpreters will be on-hand to discuss the growing process and the history of the grain that sustained the South Carolina Low Country. This program is included with general admission to Middleton Place.

Program takes place on July 10, 17, 24 & 31 from 11 am until 2 pm.
