Learn about the agricultural inventions and discoveries of African American Scientist and educator, George Washington Carver. Explore the southern history of boiled peanuts and try a sample of this delicious snack.

This exciting 45 minute program is free with admission to Middleton Place and takes place at the Outdoor Education Center.
