Exhibit on Edna Lewis | March 1-31 | Middleton Place Museum entry fee required
Known as the “Grand Dame of Southern Cooking,” Edna Lewis was the chef at the Middleton Place Restaurant from 1985-1987. In 1986 she was named to Cook’s Magazine ” Who’s Who in American Cooking,” and later received a James Beard Living Legend Award. Menus, Books, Photographs, and Documents from her time at Middleton Place will be on display in the Library.
